From Zero to a Full Canadian Commercial Ecosystem — Without a Team, Budget, or HQ Support
In 2023, I took on one of the most demanding commercial challenges of my career: launching Tonino Lamborghini Coffee across Canada as the brand's exclusive authorized distributor — with no agency, no marketing team, and zero financial contribution from brand headquarters. Everything had to be built from scratch: eCommerce infrastructure, paid media systems, SEO architecture, B2B HoReCa pipelines, and retail and wholesale distribution channels.
Within the first year, the results spoke for themselves. Revenue grew 1,100% year-over-year. Google Ads delivered a 27.65x ROAS. Total commercial revenue across D2C eCommerce, B2B HoReCa, and distribution channels exceeded $1M CAD within two years — built entirely without agency support or brand HQ funding.
A repeat customer rate of 35.57%—42% above the industry average—was established in a brand-new market. What was built here wasn't just a campaign. It was a complete, self-sustaining commercial ecosystem for a globally recognized luxury brand entering North America for the first time.

How I Built It — Five Pillars of the North American Launch
Designed and launched a full Shopify eCommerce platform across Canada and the US, managing 29 SKUs across three languages — English, French, and Italian — with complete Google Merchant Center approvals for both markets. Built the entire digital foundation independently, with no external agency support.
Building the eCommerce and Digital Infrastructure
Invested $41,656 in paid media and generated a 5.59x overall ROAS — including a 27.65x return on Google Ads across 602,000 impressions and 220+ purchase conversions. Meta campaigns reached 1.25 million unique people across Canada and the US, generating 889 purchase conversions and 1,041 qualified HoReCa B2B lead form submissions at $0.026 cost per reach.
Delivering Exceptional Paid Media Performance
Developed a full SEO infrastructure from zero — publishing 60+ articles and indexing 516 pages — growing active website users by 386.9% to 62,000, with purchase events increasing by 1,293.7% through organic search alone.
Building Compounding Organic Traffic Through SEO
Identified, qualified, and built a pipeline of 1,171 HoReCa venues across Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Ottawa — hotels, restaurants, cafes, and corporate offices — targeted for ongoing B2B supply relationships.
Developing the B2B HoReCa Pipeline
Achieved a 35.57% repeat customer rate across 2,663 customers and 1,415 orders — 42% above the eCommerce industry average of 20–25%. This wasn't driven by discounting. It was built through brand positioning, customer experience, and product quality.
